Yes i can punch after some cheese or milk, all nutritents vitamins ect are coverd, i just lack some "fire" in me but i think this way will work.
right now im not training lower body, ive been training MONTHS AND MONTHS straight with no days off. The reason why i am now not training lower body and not much basketball is to have energy to stand while working, however i may get back into some leg training ONLY when body fat is really low or atleast fully defined abs without flexing, i feel its crucial to not train legs now but save them for work since my recovery ability is slow. However i havent lost any strenght in legs in my opinion and they still look good
i dont think ill lose anything in my legs , but ill definitly lose fat, i think my legs are "still thinking" that they have just been training and arent fully recoverd yet because im not eating alot of high cal foods. This is good in a way because i think i can retain muscle in my legs without training them and just stick to the punches, ill sit a bit lower on my punching just to
hit the legs a little kinda like how those karate dudes get low when they punch.
also this way my legs can be full without training because they will always be stocked up with little nutrients they are getting
