and fruits to a much lesser extent, trust me i get all my info from nutrition data.com

because you have literally all of your vitamins and minerals coverd with spinach and some whole milk=all u need, however im only missing out on a small amount of type of protien by not eating meat i beleive thats only methanane. i also enjoy eating natural celtic sea salt for somereason on this restrictive diet seems to help. I may try some beef or chicken broth as it seems Leafy Boy had great success with it in his diets

everything else is just too many calories , but taste good, but only go to support the fat you already have , also nuts almonds and beans seriously lack the vitamin/mineral to calorie ratio just not worth it


yes u may be more tired, recover slower with just 2 bags of spinach whole milk and some cheese but youll consume alot less and lose fat alot faster, instead of endless hours of working out to burn off a few tablespoons of face breaking out peanutbutter

Yes i can punch after some cheese or milk, all nutritents vitamins ect are coverd, i just lack some "fire" in me but i think this way will work.

right now im not training lower body, ive been training MONTHS AND MONTHS straight with no days off. The reason why i am now not training lower body and not much basketball is to have energy to stand while working, however i may get back into some leg training ONLY when body fat is really low or atleast fully defined abs without flexing, i feel its crucial to not train legs now but save them for work since my recovery ability is slow. However i havent lost any strenght in legs in my opinion and they still look good

i dont think ill lose anything in my legs , but ill definitly lose fat, i think my legs are "still thinking" that they have just been training and arent fully recoverd yet because im not eating alot of high cal foods. This is good in a way because i think i can retain muscle in my legs without training them and just stick to the punches, ill sit a bit lower on my punching just to hit the legs a little kinda like how those karate dudes get low when they punch.

also this way my legs can be full without training because they will always be stocked up with little nutrients they are getting

You probably have good genetics for legs. What kind of work do you do? Standing and walking all day will effect your recovery so good idea however you still need resistance to grow so working legs once every 7-10 days might be good.

at the end of the day ill be only consumed very little calories and do half the training i normally do roughly

this is good cause my calorie count is about 70 percent less this way

and my workout load is only 50 percent less (im assuming i wont lose muscle because i have been consistent in leg training for so long and this period will just be a break for my legs so in other words metabolism probably wont slow much) Its not like my metabolsim will drop 50% even it may drop as much as 20% but my fatloss will be so great of a rate this seems like the perfect method...Think of all the skinny dudes who dont train legs but are lean all over. Im a big dude with semi fat all over so this may be the right routine

but daily going to the job and working i keep that at 100 percent still work the same hours n such

yeah im sure ill get in some good b-ball or something or will actually crave some leg training on this restrictive diet.

yes im always standing or squating down having to reach in odd places when doing carpentry and painting

Falcon always amazes me he is always thinking "out of the box" with training and diet stuff..rather than following the same old shit and experiment in itself

 either grapefruit or apple one or two of each per day only . on this diet you REALLY feel an apple as far as energy lol its quite amazing actually. On an all u can eat diet i can go through tons of apples and not really feel it give me a boost when im training hard as fuck and consuming alot your taste doesnt quite match your requirements
