I agree, Jay looks good for Jay, which means he actually dieted this year and doesn't look like a fat fuck. But still nowhere near what the best bodybuilder in the world is supposed to look like.
A major step backwards if they award the title to the fridge again.

who else should win??... Jay is big & hard... he looks really good. his main weakness is his rear double biceps and a so so ab & thigh pose. I am ok with Jay 1st and Kai 2nd. Kai is huge & rounder than Jay but he carries a bit too much water.

Sorry my Romanian friend, but in the comparison shots I think Jay blows everybody away. It's incredible what he was able to accomplish.

I was never a huge fan of his post 2001 physique buy hats off to him. He's a true champ.

those low quality photos don't show the difference in conditioning between Jay and Kai. If you take a look at the pics on MD you will see a difference. Jay is dry while Kai is holding water.

I was very vocal back in 2007 that Jay didn't deserve victory...etc...and I am first one to admit that he won this contest yesterday - hands down...Yes - hands down - without shadow of the doubt...so if anyone has other hopes - I am telling you - forget about it.

Jay got his title back...and he did it most impressive way - dominating on stage...to the point he defeated competition with his combination of sheer size, muscle size and quality, conditioning and stage presence...STAGE PRESENCE!

I am in shortage of time and I'll just post some of my photos now...with my detailed analysis WHY I believe Jay won...which AGAIN - he did convincingly!

I don't even like his physique...and he convinced me...so I can only imagine what others are thinking...

I am just happy that Dexter managed not to cry on the stage...during "CUT ABOVE - PAYBACK TIME"  

I could swear hearing Dexter saying - Jay, it is not fair...you are devastating me on stage...can you please leave...?

whilst i agree jay has improved from his showing last year and the year before - although lets be honest how hard was it to improve on 07 where he looked dreadful
