Hair will grow back exactly the same as before...some men have complained that when they shaved their heads,(actors for roles and such) that their hair didn't grow back they way it was before.  This is nonsense,  cutting hair, ( and shaving is nothing more than cutting hair) doesn't affect hair follicles, either on your head or your body.
Hormones affect hair follicles, both on your head and your body.
