In about 1 hour.....

....I will be headin to my local Gold's Gymansium to make some muscles.  I expect the usual...big weights will be pressed, twinks will slowly begin clearing outta the weight area after I've completed a few sets to prevent suffering by comparison, a couple of loud negroids that make me laugh will jabber back and forth and never really lift anything, spiky-haired guidos and wetbacks will begin texting and ab-shooting for the duration of their workout, 4 highly unqualified trainers will spot a busty cougar on teh Smith for 12 sets of 80 reps with 14lbs, and a lone shadow boxer will again trounce another phantom in the squat rack.

Why don't you change your name and stop worrying about what others are doing at the gym and pay attention to your own workout.

In one hour I plan on trouncing a phantom in the squat rack and then doing a few 15 lb concentration curls to really bring the noise.

actually, one unqualified trainer will spot her while the other three will stand in the distance and discuss with each other how many times they have beaten off to said cougar
