branch's diet/conditioning
« on: October 10, 2009, 05:46:10 AM »
What the f**k does branch do get get into that crazy conditioning  ???

i am aware he gave up the low carb palumbo diet and went back to low fat. But almost all pro bodybuilders use the low fat diet these days and do not achieve that level of conditioning + mass.

Is he just using crazy dosages on the t3, clen dnp ? not to mention tren, winny, halo's adrols, test, gh, etc etc

is it simply his goblin like genetics  ???

is this a stupid question  ???

great getbig minds - lets gather our wisdoms and advices and solve this great mystery  ;)

Thank you and I am very happy to be on board. Branch? He was having 500grams protein and 700 grams a carbs daily. Something only Branch can get away with dieting down .

He already looks to be in his late forties... in the face, that is.

Wonder what his insides look like?

Wait... that's not what I meant.

Without drugs, Branch Warren couldn't hold my fucking gym bag. ;)
He's a small framed guy at 5' 6", who probably wouldn't eclipse 170lbs on his own.
Lucky for him, many drugs are widely available to continue his nut shrinkage and unhealthy looking physique.

He does train with alot of intensity no question. His form is absolute garbage by the way thus all the injuries. Thats not my point though, I feel like he has a LOOK of all drugs. I dont know if its looking ragged from dieting or actually from tons of juice. He did well at this Olympia but this isnt a physique that should be rewarded. His legs are oversized, arms undersized and they are short also, big shoulders but they are narrow and have weird definition to them. Overall his body has no flow to it and isnt ever deserving or the Olympia or the Arnold for that matter.

Just curious, where are all these gym bag holders I keep hearing about? Seems we might be setting our standards too high here 'cause we always end up holding our own bag.

I say Branch is more than welcome to hold my bag any time he wants.
