He was the first real mass monster, but never got the respect her deserved. Offseason that mofo weighed 260 pounds and sported 22" arms at his largest.

Bertil Fox is a tiny wee guy when you see him in real life. About 5ft 7 with bird like bones. Similar to larry Scott. This is why he looks massive standing on his own at 210lbs. Most of that weight is muscle because of his light frame so he looks huge. Arms around 18.5.

You gotta be kidding me!!!!!! Way to go in posting his THINNEST pic EVER in competition. His arms were 22" at his largest. You have NO IDEA what you're talking about, his bones looking like that of a bird?
