Jay would win. Dorian has better lighting and old style camera picture. It's like watching an american tv show or movie, nothing would look like that in real life, ntsc or camera filters they be using

I would give it to Dorian, based on his tie ins especially the glute hamstring, lower lats and erectors. But Jay is doing something many others cant, and that is give him a run for his money, he looked great this year.

Cutler's 09 look was the best he's probably ever been but I would still give it to Dorian - '95 was his best conditioning in all his Olympia wins, even taking the torn bicep into account.

Close call though.

but i believe dorian's legs was better in 93 than in 95..

I have no idea why people still insist on comparing a competitor from 1995 with one from 2009, its completely pointless. The advances in nutrition and 'chemicals' in that time have been enormous, they both look great...but theres always some fool who insists on doing a comparison as if it means anything...

15 years gentlemen...thats a while in any professional sport.

these comparisons are all to show that bb in the 90s was better than now (which is true).. even flex mag. has started to compare the top pros of the 90s with the top pros of today..

Standing Relaxed : Jay : more overall mass esp in the legs
Ab&Quads : Tie - Yates' upper body looks better while Jay wins on legs.. personally I'd prefer Yates
Front dbl biceps : Jay - the torn arm just ruins it for me
Front Lat : Jay - close call but just more overall mass esp in the legs, Yates looks good though
Side Triceps : Yates - just way more detail
Side Chest : uhm.. I actually can't think of Yates side chest right now
BDB : Yates - Jay's got better arms and his hams look good from behind but he looses on back detail
Rear latspread : Yates

good comparision,i think side chest is close ,yates looks harder in that pose but jay due to his shoulders and broadness carries that pose as well .

What advances have there been in nutrition and drugs the last 15 years? And if you consider anything the pros today are doing as an "advancement", why is Mr. Olympia 2009 no better than Mr. Olympia 1995?

I can't agree with Cutler winning the front lat vs. Yates. Yates defined that pose. Also, Cutler's ab/thigh pose is hideous.
