His employers seem to be hell bent on showing the world that the future of bodybuilding didn't screw up his contest prep.

I don't recall an EMT report for the many, many other cases of day of show food poisoning.

Im sure the sickness had nothing to do with the 2grams of hormones, GH and Insulin he was probably taking.

why do fully grown men bitch about a diet, normal people diet all the time and i don't become emotional wrecks, the only difference we don't oil up and get on a stage at the end of the diet.

1. assuming he's taking what you claim, it would cause him to be sick? And only on the last day of the diet, not the 12 weeks prior?

The "only difference"? Unless you make your living with your physique (which you dont) what difference is it whether you dropped to 22% BF last month or not? Phil was getting "oiled up and stepping on stage....for $200K, not including any bonus he may have coming from Met-Rx. I know this is chump change for a man of your stature, but it's a pretty good payday for everyone else.

these guys now how many grams of protein and carbs each meal contains. What caused the food poisoning?

His fourth orange roughy meal of the day was't cooked long enough?

What causes food poisoning for anyone? Bad food

After a 12 week diet the body is sensitive to change (which many of the guys do in the depletion/carb up phase) and the immune system is depressed from beating yourself up in the gym (and throughout the year)... making it very easy to catch a cold/ flu/ etc with all the traveling, meeting and greeting people...

Since bob isn't gonna tell you or admit what thses guys do to get ready for a show of this caliber for whatever reason

Let me help it's not the mass amounts of test or any other anabolics for that matter, it's not the GH. You ready here it is....... DIURETICS, there's other exotics that every "guru" has there guy use, but most of the time when you deplete yourself like they do the final days, then you take away water and introduce diuretics and insulin, you've got a nice little case of food poisoning. Symptons such as loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea and dizziness...or you can call it a stomach virus, food poisoning or the flu take your pic.

The only way diueretics will cause that, is if you cross the line into dehydration where your kidneys shut down, etc....if that were the case, there aint no way on earth Phil is in any condition to compete on Friday, much less come back the next day (sat) and be healthy enough to compete AND lok better in the process.

I know...all these theories sound better than the truth, right?
