Lots of very good advice in this thread. Fun to read.

However, I have the regret to call bullshit on the .5kg.

Your side chest pose is not showing off your chest muscles.

I would practice that a wee bit more.

If cut at 74 why not come in insane at 72.5 ???
The reason why i try to stick to -80kg cathegory is that i cant compete against 165cm guys with 72kg of the -75kg cathegory.
So,75kg is ok since my bone is small.

Kyomu , you look good and best of luck on your completion.

By the way, if I were you, I would bring my weight down to 69.5 Kg and compete on 65 -70 Kg weight class. You will not be out of top 3 for sure..  ;)

Tighter than last week.

You seem to be track. I see much enthusiasm. Very good.

Kyomu, you may be aware of this - still let me mention it:

pose barefoot as often as possible, as hitting your poses on the slippery stage will feel much different (less "grip", sliding in transitions, contracting calves in back poses etc.)

Keep us posted!

This is last spring pic and my weight was 77kg.

But,My muscles are way bigger now than that and I dont think my best condition is below 70kg.

Yes! Actualy!
Since I am improving a lot and staying lean, I can imagine my best condition which is way better than last spring.

And Thanx for your advice. And yes. I am posing in my house with barefoot too. ;)

Very slight progress. But its ok. Paco says good speed.
I am ashamed that we have never counted calories of my foods. :-[

But I say.
2.5kg of chicken breast
1kg of potatos
And 740g of pines.

I eat similar to that, although I eat a lot beef too, are you using any supplements?
