it's one thing to have abs for one show

it's another thing to maintain teh sexy all the time

actually, i really don't have the best one's here...but there is a certain "aesthetic" to my midsection. some abs are for show, my abs are strictly a "flesh plate" made for licking whip cream off of

...and yes, the "post it" on that last pic say "Don't mumble" because after working late hours at my legit job I would start mumbling my words cuz I would be tired. so i put up that gay note to remind me not to do it.

Damn impressive ab shots by all you guys who posted here! ......... Surprising in fact!

A while back great abs were considered even greater if you could hit and hold a "vacumn" pose.

Gary Leonard did it best back then.

Can any of today's pros hit a vacumn as well as some of those old time competitors?

Back to that "horseshoe" surrounding the abs question I asked earlier ..... Anyone able to post a photo of a GerBigger or anyone else in that condition?
