Saw a tattoo photo of some guy with a boa constructor wrapped around his body starting at his neck and ending in his skivvies. I have never run into him here in Las Vegas but I hear he is noticed a lot at the Hard Rock Rehab Party, so you might be seeing him on that TV show.
The tattoo in the photo was an elaborate job which probably cost him a hell of a lot of money and time.
One of the longest lines in Las Vegas (last year) was the line to get a tattoo at The Palms Hotel Casino.
Most of those standing in line were ladies in their early 20's.
I think that tattoo studio is called Hart and Huntington's and is supposed to be one of the best in the USA.

The difference in tattooed and non tattooed people, are the people with a tattoo really don't care if you have one or not. I've had women say they were turned on by them, and not trashy types either. Not everyone wants to get pierced or tattooed. Not everyone wants to be you either.
