) . i only used eca for energy, not for fat loss. The sub 1000 cal diet burned the fat, not the ephedrine and caffeine ( i didn't use asprin).
as for the steroids - only a outright spastic would use steroids to lose fat - again what you said i said. steroids help you spare muscle while dieting - thats why i used them.
