May I suggest making a progress thread and I promise that the good 'ol fellas on GB will hold you accountable! If your going to do it, then do it all the way...no 1/2 ass bullshit.
This may sound strange, but creating a progress thread and going full throttle on my fitness program was one of the best things I've ever done in life. Let's just hope it's not the BEST thing i've ever done! LOL

I might actually do that.. I've been planning on bulking for a while, it's just that stuff always get in the way and I have to eat A LOT to gain weight so it would be quite the project. But now since I'm back home I might give it a try.

Btw, I'll provide more masturbation material for all my fans out there. I'm not beastly here either but might give my back more justice than the other picture did. Yes my vertebrae are showing and that's just how I am, deal with it.
