As long as they have legal status to be here in the USA, they should be able to have what ever name they want...
Here in MD, there are have been many people that will use a partial full name on their license, and when they are suspended on that, they then go and get another license, with the full version, thus creating two license soundex numbers...and getting warrants on the first license. Simplified names should be mandatory, goes for Africans as well.
