meaning if you cant complete a "minimum workout" by your definition at the end of a work day, then this is the point of learning/expermenting what to consume untill you reach that tipping point of energy to where you can at LEAST do your minimal workout
most take days off not by logical explanation but simply they dont feel like they can do anything after work, that there lies the problem and where most stop learning and try anything new
