I dont know why maybe i am conditioned to be racist to an extent by teh society i live in but i have never met a latino in my life. I have met muslims though and constantly read about them in the press and on here.

Ill remain open minded but that did make me feel slightly worried.

I understand, I'm slightly 'racist' against certain groups as well and I blame that on conditioning (whereever it comes from), but i don't act on it (i.e. get out of my house and yell at my neighbor of a certain ethnicity  ). I don't know much about muslim immigration in europe myself, but i don't doubt that the situation is out of control. It's not a good idea to welcome people into your country without ensuring their integration into society. But as far as I know, the muslim demographic in the USA is far different from that of Europe; most muslims here are hard working educated middle to upper class fellows working in the healthcare, engineering, and IT sectors.

hows the 'muslim problem' in Ireland? and what exactly would be the problem? Are there muslims "slums" in Ireland? what major issues regarding muslims exist in your country?

To be honmest in the north of ireland it isnt that bad but i have noticed a huge increase in past 6 months.

The UK and Rep of Ireland seem to have a lot of troubles regarding muslim immigration.

The prob with teh uk iand ireland is that we reward immigrants - evenm illegal ones so much so that we give them houses money vouchers free education free healthcare etc. i can fully understand why ppl travel across europe and the world to come to this country. it makes sense.

i know a few e europeans and a few aussies south africans and the odd nigerian and the majority bar teh nigerian are normal hard working and law abiding. whilst i liked teh nigerian guy in teh gym enviroment he was trying to work out some credit card scam so i distanced myself from him. i do know a few other smashing nigerians who do nothing but work and spend time with their families.
