diet:approx.350-400 pro, 500-600+ carbs,+ healthy and bad fats... approx.4500-5000 cal
-gonna have 1 cheat meal per week,, chinese buffet fest eat everything in sight time after legs training carb depleted
the goal is to get kicked out of there
-should i do 1 day per 2week low carbs like 200 just to shock a bit?
training:4 days / week, each bodypart 1 time per week... each session start heavy with compounds, 4-5 reps, then after 6-10, and like 3 sets 13-16 reps short rest at the end....something like that good?
