That is NOT a good presentation--at all.

Don't get complacent and compare yourself to casual bodybuilders who do not want it as badly as you.

Good upperbody,

zero lower body,

bad choice of music, really bad,

bad posing, you need more "emotion" in your posing routine, that was just too "mechanical".

Your upper body looks really great especialy delts that make me jeolous.

I am sure you know what you need to bring up.....so I will say that your upper half looks very good and your rear double bi is incredible. Post some shots of pre-judging manditory shots. Looks like you are on your way, great job.

Thanks, off season diet before that show was not good got really fat around 215lbs. This off season im doing some cardio and staying around 195lbs. My contest diet is carb cycle with low fat, high protein.
