it really annoys me how many big guys treat the gym equipment like crap. dropping dumb bells, dropping bars onto frames, just letting go of weights....thats so totally not necessary and attention whoring or a sign of laziness.
respect means putting that shit down carefully and keeping the peace..i used to see putting the weight down, or away, as an actual part of the session. it takes effort to do these things.
Bob's nut hugging about the weight Trey uses is pathetic..seems he likes how much weight people use- its a very common theme with him. But he never mentions the crap form. bent over rows?- they are upright rows. He is getting more work on his delts and traps than his back the way he's doing them- the weight is too heavy for him.
