here is one for you with my abs, i didnt post it with the others because i didnt like its angle.. by the way my abs was much better 2 weeks ago but i have been eating a lot of junk food these days..

the whole "challenging you" thing was a joke to make fun of you for challenging nasser just to let you know your real size.. also put in mind if you accepted my so called challenge i would take a much better quality pics and i would do a diet for 4-5 days which is enough to make my abs look perfect beside your big belly

In all honesty this is better than any pic Groink has produced (or me too for that matter).  Sherief is showing clear abs from top to bottom.  



Groink looks thick in the pics he's posted but so far has only posted fuzzy cameraphone reflection pics.  When I posted ONE fuzzy cameraphone reflection pic to compare to his he melted and accused it of being an "optical illusion" lol.  Surely if Groink looked comparable in normal pictures he would not be afraid to post them and would live up to when he said that he'd get his girlfriend to take some normal ones.

i have started to train my whole legs (upper legs + calves) seriously only since last april or so after many years of training them lightly or not training them at all.. my upper legs have noticeably improved in size and shape and of course in strenght although it was always a genetically stubborn part, my calves too have improved but not as noticeably because they are my genetically worest part.. i am just more patient with it and will never lose the hope !!..
