many fail to realize that simply a back double bicep shot is not an indicator of someone being superior
because fact is if you train back and arms like crazy youll have those big muscle groups and lack in others or have a fat stomach, another fact is its very difficult to have all muscles stand out and pumped up, i can spend day after day hitting back and arms and they may look great but i also risk the chance of having a fat face and losing overall conditioning while my back may look ripped and other bodyparts fat, many times we are just tredding water and redistributing fat and not getting anywhere case in point
also carbs fill you out like no other but i could never eat them consistently because the carbs put you on the constant brink of fat gain
