fact of the matter is that with the assistance of anabolics and clen/t3/HGH and caloric restriction they are able to reach their low BF%'s

they could get better results from doing HITT cardio but they are way to chickenshit imho

maintaining muscle mass is 1st priority,,cardio in excess at that point will cause that effect to happen.

i understand that completely but i still think they are wasting ALOT of time walking for 30-60 minutes on a incline on a treadmill when they could get a better effect (overall) doing the tabata protcol (which is only 4 minutes) or running a couple of 100m sprints

i really don't care if they don't admit to their drug use on camera, but don't fuking lie and say its the treadmill when in reality they don't do any cardio but instead rely on clen/t3/dnp.....

have any of you took clen /ephidrene/ t3 ?????........ they might get u lean, but they wont get you ripped, youve got to be kidding if you think all you need to do is abuse them and turn up shredded...

I completely agree with you.  But I think at the size of some of the bigger guys, they might drop dead after one of these sessions.
I could not imagine doing that much cardio and do it that slowly!
