youve got to be kidding if you think all you need to do is abuse them and turn up shredded...
i understand that completely but i still think they are wasting ALOT of time walking for 30-60 minutes on a incline on a treadmill when they could get a better effect (overall) doing the tabata protcol (which is only 4 minutes) or running a couple of 100m sprints
in all seriousness, they do help alot,,, but not as much as the natty parade claim
