i find that if i do all upper body it seems i have an endless will to work only upper body, if i do lower i lose that will to stand and do an exercise, thighs get too big when they dont need to be, but when i do a shitload of feet elevated pushups and regular style i look and FEEL much better i dont feel so run down with a spent lower body, i think its bad to work lower body everyday , for one you dont want thighs rubbing together and secondly it takes away from the will to hit upper body, and for me i feel my upper body needs alot more punishment than my lower since im STANDING and working all day keeping my 240 pound mass up in the air.
lower body is like "safety energy" for me it seems since i dont really lose lower body from standing and working infact thats what keeps size on my legs and only seldomly training htem, after all when u stand your keeping your 200 pound mass up, but since legs are larger muscles you dont
feel it making much stress but only when you do a shitload of lower body is when standing becomes a chore
but when training massively on upper body you dont have problems like "thighs rubbing together" and shit like that wich is an inconveience
ive also found i look my best in older pics when i didnt hit lower body, my legs were still kinda cut but not as big
there have been times where ive had good lower and upper body but thats only because i worked out all day and worked just 20-25 hours a week when younger
notice this pic where not training lower body, i still have quads but they arent blown up or really diced, however my upper body is much more diced

at the last getbig i actually had better shape in quads cause i was doing full body but horrible fat upper
body because leg training is too draining if done everyday
