I don't think most of the people posting in this thread understand the magnitude of his SPAMMING. Literally every bodybuilding message board he posts the SAME thread(s). He copies/pastes the exact same threads about himself and his ''transformations". If you comment anything outside of...

- good job!
- congrats!
- cool!
- holy cow you rock!

Of if you ask him any question outside of...

- Do you prefer waxy maize or Vitargo?

- How much cardio do you generally reccomend pre-contest?

- Do you think casein protein is beneficial at night?

.. he gets nervous and gets a moderator to remove posts.

People like Shelby needs to be challenged. How he can go on with a straight face and preach carbs and waxy maize fishing to land new clients without Getbig catching wind of it to put him in his place for so long was striking to me.

Hahaha... No. If you decided to flip to the NPC and compete around Chicagoland then I would be smart and steer clear of me.

Take John Hansen. He used to always judge local NPC shows in the area. He started promoting his own shows a couple years back under a different federation and now he is conveniently not asked to judge or even help out with production anymore.

Mel won because he was the best on stage that day. I saw the pictures and while you looked great, he was much better. You can't blame the so called "powers that be" for your loss as that's simply ridiculous. You're acting as though its professional wrestling where it isn't, Block. Come on now....

The only thing I will agree with you on is that he spams the board a lot and that's about it.

If Shelby had his own set specific Q & A it would be no big thing but he whores every board across the universe (except for Getbig
