What's so hard about eating less?
It even saves time for doing more work to provide for the family.

Society is full of fat and lazy minded individuals.  Yes, the fat are a burden on our society.  They cramp the health system, take up extra room on buses and make flight travel virtually unbearable.

I'm sorry but i have no sympathy for fat people. They brought this upon themselves through over indulgence and sloth.

To all you fat people out there, stop making excuses.  Embrace your obscence fatness and do something about it....yes, i talking about exercise and to control what you put in your mouth....it isn't rocket science.

what i'm saying is that fat people need to take personal responsibility....yes, obesity is an illness that effects us all....afterall, i am paying taxes that prop up the health system.  A system that is burdoned by these fatties..

Bottom line, the fat need to stop making excuses, using personal trainers and taking supps....It aint rocket science, they will lose the weight by decreasing calories-ingested and upping the energy expenditure (cardio).

Not hating, just  wanting to help the fatties.

Yes bottom line reduce calories, you can eat cake and donuts as long as you dont go over maintenance calorie levels,,or even lose if you stay below

Exactly.

Just keep protein somewhat up and try to get some workouts in, to retain muscle mass. If you haven't got lots of time for working out, rather ditch the cardio than the strength training. You can always make up for the cardio with just eating less.

Yep, it's not rocket science...  if ron lifted even 3x/week (basic push/pull/legs split) for an hour each session, cut his calories back to below maintenance, and kept his protein high, he'd improve greatly.  Tell me anyone can't find 3 hours a week?  ::)

fat people have a myriad of excuses...no time in the day, busy schedule, family commitments blah blah blah.

bottom line, fat people are fat because they are lazy and over feed...put a fat person with a desert tribe in the middle of nowhere and watch the calories fall off.

fat people need to stop making excuses for their sloth.

The best thing is, you don't even have to find those 3 hours a week. You just workout instead of eating. Takes the same amount of time.

family and friends tend to pale into insignifigance when you are lying in a hospital ward with heart disease;due to years of overeating....sad but true.

not hating, just sick of fat people making excuses for their slothful ways.
