i learned the easiest way for epic leans..

when chilling with a hoe its 100 times easier not to eat anything , only VERY minimal amounts if you must nibble. when with a hoe your just chilling you certainly dont need any feul only water cause it swells up the wang like no other food can...i know this because i was with a hoe all day yesterday and had my face up her ass like all day, i drank tons of water, i think all i had to eat were some turnip greens and a bowl of rice thats it. mind you that ive been eating unlimited fashion lately as well as everyday high volume training because high eating and high training are a perfect inner marriage for those seeking personal harmonious body. high training and eating = high muscle

when with a hoe there is no training only an escape of pleasure (dieting being the ultimate pain however) *now u should combine the two for ultimate mastery* this is the best time to lose fat because you dont mind appetite at all when with a fine ass hoe. youll wake up the next day dry and ripped provided that your time away from hoes is full of eating and training thus maintaing the muscle metabolism  AND PLENTY OF WATER AT ALL TIMES

you never want to eat alot and chill with a hoe if the goal is to be with a hoe while simultaneously getting lean, even on super low cals with a hoe and plenty of water you can still attain many nuts if the hoe is fine enough. also a high nut attainment abilities are rolled over from previous days of overly eating and overly training

IMO its best to dedicate days to mass and leave the dieting/rest days for chilling with hoes

i would think most are half erected when they have to take a piss real bad, i thought this was common knowledge but then again i understand that most are non functioning meat eaters with erectile dysfunctions and chubby to boot

some will take this the wrong way of course and miss the point

i would just hate to see some teen getting bad advice over here on meat eating diets and also not drink enough water and have a weak failed erection wich may turn some getbiggers to a life of crime or staroids

I see what you're saying here brother, but it can also back fire, it all depends on the person. Most of the time when I'm with girls theres alot of eating (dinner, take out, them cooking meals) and boozing (wine, shots, brews), but on the flip side sex is great cardio so you'll be burning alot of cals, so in the end for me atleast it kind of cancels one another out. However, sex is a great stress reliever, so less cortisol=more fat burning. But I've seen friends of mine literally put on some serious lbs when getting into relationships in really short time span, just cause all the dinners/takeout/dates and shit..

Haha..yeah, you get comfortable, you're not in the "scene" anymore, next thing you know you've gained 25-30 pounds, going to the movies taking down popcorn and candy, blockbuster nights=ordering pizza, going out to dinner 2-3 times a week, for some reason all the chicks I date only know how to cook one thing (pasta)lol...it happens to the best of us..

i simply dont get hungry if im around a fine ass bitch all i can think about is gettin her pussy and not eating

of course you get hungry after fucking but its a different hunger and less profound in the company of a woman but when your by yourself lonley and not sure what to eat or drink and tend to over do it and dont do it right like *eating alot and not even getting up and lifting something* like most people who dont nnaturally have low body fat like you bro, we have to mind and help these other bros who have less clues than me and you,

ive been much more fat than you comparing our two youths together, thus i know what its like to be fat depressed and overeating and not documenting and not attaining hoes, youve been with fine hoes for so long you may or may not have realized how much a hoe can take your mind off of food. most people are food addicts like myself ESPECIALLY if your into weightlifting, ive only realized this concept at a later age than i should have, many lean neegs like you have been doing it right all along but didnt know the method of your greatness possibly

I am trying to put on 4 more lbs before bed. Had a carb drink have some bread and coke in front of me. will have a few cups of tea and some protein and I should weigh in at my target weight!

Yeah I agree with you if it's a "new" chick or a girl your just trying to bang, then yes the main objective is getting laid, and with these type of girls you're not doing the stuff that you do with a girlfriend. So for sure in these type of situations, you can definitely get real lean. I think it also helps if you stay busy, if you have shit to do all day, and not much time to graze your cabinets and stuff, food is not even a thought you just get your meals in when you can and finish what you got to do, I'm the type of guy thats always on the run, so I don't have alot of "chill" time to binge on food, so for some too much free time could = a 6 pack killer!

yes my friend i know what you are trying to say, total daily calorie is not important to keep muscle mass, its more like total weekly calorie or even monthly calorie that is. your body will use muscle for energy when he think he needs it, in only one day or 2 it cant tell if your going to famine or not, yes you will lose weight, but almost only water.

and yes with a fine ass chick its normal you are not hungry, its because of our genetic, our brain send us signal that its more important to fuck and reproduce than to eat at the moment so if youd like to fuck the bitch your with, hunger go away and your brain is focused on seduce mode to fuck her.
even after fucking 2 hours and not eating for like 4hours, still not hungry  BUT THIRSTY AS FUCK so the trick is to get lots of fruit juice and drink it all like crazy to stay hydrated and get calories at the same time.

logically/techincally on these days with hoes and no eating you lose just about all fat

your bodys insulin levels are perfect for fatloss only and the water speeds up your metabolism and flushes out fat

yes when not around a hoe its good to keep the muscle metabolism ante up and up you wont really gain fat if your training and eating alot

NEVER AN OFF DAY unless its a "fasting " day with a fine ass hoe to make the the transition to epic leans much eaiser

yeah my florescent light is going crazy tonite, normally its dim and no flickering, now its bright flickering like crazy because of the full moons unforseen accelerated electric and gravitational forcees

mentally im torn between the two girls now, even though im looking better these days and could easily get new hoes, but i get this slight guilty feeling wich i hate, i need female comfort as soon as  i get off work i dont like waiting till the night time, when im with a hoe im care free even if they are a bitch, without it im kinda nutty in a depressed way but food and weights is a for sure outlet atleast, i have so much energy when eating like this, im leaner and feeling great but im just not sure the direction i should go as far as relationships but i hate to hurt a girls feelings by getting rid of one for the other even though plenty of girls have hurt mine, i am much less evil then most women and most people. I feel like i am ready for heaven and done with this life i dont know what else i need to learn
