Dexter definetly looks heavier than he is, id say hes around 210-215 now though
He looks bigger than Shawn, wider, bigger arms, legs etc

Problem solved. Have a weigh in at the arnold and have a height measurement scale at the back, so you get there height and weight at one time. Profit

Imagine all that weight WITHOUT calves, so I would say if Dexter had great calves he would claims that he is at least  250 or so  ;D

I feel sorry for him because he feels ashamed about telling people his ACCURATE weight  :P

Squadfather used to always call bullshit on these guys weight claims.

Shawn Ray averaged 205 pounds and at his heaviest on stage he was 215 pounds. I think Shawn is slightly taller than Dexter. NO WAY does Dexter weigh 235 pounds on stage. For an example, a guy like Tom Platz, who was 5'6"-5'7" weighed 218 pounds onstage at his largest and looked to be larger than Dexter is.

I say Dex is 205-210 pounds onstage.
