So you have your Master's?  That's what you mean?  In fitness and nutrition? 
Nope.  Both credentials are non-collegiate certifications.  Most places just offer just a personal trainer certification but some offer an advanced or master personal training certification.  I completed my personal trainer certification in 2004 and my master fitness trainer in 2005.  
But like I said I have to change them next year as I will have a Collegiate Diploma in Fitness & Exercise, from there I can work to earn a Bachelors in Health which will only take another year because I have a lot of college credits and eventually a Masters. 
But even with a piece of Sheepskin, it doesn't mean you'll be successful in the fitness industry
