front delts....

Is it necessary to isolate front delts? meaning doing front dumbell/barbell raises, arent you pretty much hitting the front delt when doing dumbell, barbell or machine press??

IMO, a waste of time. I've never seen anyone with lagging rear delts. Occasionally i do some sets of front raises with chest, but never a priority,

Not a necessity, but every now and then i do some front raises with a 45lb plate. Tough exercise that really hits the front delt.
No doubt about it...

Isn't most everyone lagging with rear delts?

i feel like the delt can take alot of punishment, so i normally do 2-3 exercises for the front head (including barbell press)

I think for the most part,a pressing movement is all that`s needed for front delts as they get worked hard during chest exercises.

Occasionally,I`ll do a few direct sets for front delts just because.

Also,I beleive that more than one pressing exercise for delts in a workout is not necessary and is just redundant.
