Wow a lot has happened in this thread since I started it.  Its a shame I was out all day and couldn't indulge in this interesting debacle.

Sherif doesn't live too far from where I lived when I was back in Egypt, pretty cool stuff!

Whats weird is I've gone through two 265 phases.

Ealier thar year (2005) I was 265 but I looked more like a powerlifter or a strongman, and didn't look as pudgy - looked way more muscular and was still taking traning very seriously!

When that picture was taken at the end of 2005, I had moved countries, started a new job, just got engaged and was building a house, so training was like in the very bottom of my list, and somehow I stayed at 265, but I just started looking more like a FAT-PERSON!  I got some more hilarious pictures of that period!

In that pic, I was about 188 or 190 and i'm 5'11  - I remember my weight cause I was freaking out before that photo shoot cause the night before I binged on McDonalds like there was no tomorrow!!!
