Actually, i'd be scared to fight a prime Igor Vovchanchyn or a Coleman from the era when headbutts on the ground was allowed.

That would be some serious braindamage and no money would be worth it.

if you watched all the back yard fights you would know that they are stand up only...

If you tried to take him down, he'd put you in a coma.

The real question is are you as good a striker as he is? do you have that kind of knockout power?

keep in mind this guy's a jacked 240, not a little 170lb jiu jitsu guy...  now, I'm not sure how big you are, but for most men, that's a good size opponent.. the other problem is you have to be able to get him down to get a sub or arm bar/kimura/whatever... during which I'm sure he's gonna be raining big double XL fists into your head and face like it's goddamn christmas, and considering he was under Bas Rutten's tutelage for a good 2 years, he knows how to avoid takedown's... see what I'm saying ?

I'm not saying somebody can't sub him, but he knows to look out for subs and singles or doubles.. so it's obvious he'd be trying his best to take your head off in the process.

Well!! I probably not a good striker as he is, I do have a knock out power.
 I'm not a big guy. 5/10 220.
But, I know Muay Thai, Krav Maga and BJJ.
Like I said, maybe yes maybe no. who knows?
Btw: I'm not saying that I will kick his ass.

I just can't figure out Houston.

They brought him in just to see some explosiveness and someone who wanted to Bang (watch Houstons earlier fights, he always brings it/there's always a KO), and then he does this?

Not like UFC is ever going to bring him back after that performance, what was he thinking?

They must've offered him quite a bit for him to waltz like that.

It is rumored that Thiago Silva KOed Kimbo in practice at ATT.  A good striker with well rounded skills will eat him for lunch.  Shogun, Lyoto, Anderson, heck even Forrest rocked him when Kimbo was training at Xtreme Couture for a time.  He is a one dimensional fighter with heavy hands and is a draw.  According to Bas, he hadn't learned much from his two years.  (This is the reason for the split), not to mention Bas wasn't known for his takedown defense, and HE IS A MUCH BETTER STRIKER than Kimbo.  Randy Kitani did more of Kimbo's training than Bas did.

I don't know this person,
but I would, let him beat me
to a pulp
"fight" him
for a new Ducati 1198, as
long as he won't hit me in
the face.

I never get hit in the face,
I don't look around when
I run away.

Bas claims Kimbo have LD(learning disorder).
I almost believe him.
Kimbo started training MMA more than 2years ago.

He got his usual headmovement and boxing prob 10years ago.

Almost no improvement in any area, not even cardio.
His groundgame is worse than a first year BJJ/wrestling student.

Bas said Kimbo cannot learn anything, he just wants to get paid.

However, it is interesting to see the Kimbo media circus.

god damnit you're stuoid.

Im sure you can prove when bas said that? Because I remember he said the exact oposite in an interview. And rashad/rampage said the Exact opposite on the show also.

and he looked SUPER IMPROVED in his last fight on the ground, stayed calm, didn't panic.

obviously needs more training though. It takes years and years to become a good BJJ unless your name is bj prenn.
