man them vids always get me....don't it seem like those bad breaks always happen in a practice atmosphere?I've seen some breaks in real matches but not as frequently as practice or exhibition...

well, he did hit Heath Herring so hard that he rolled back, knockedmir down on his ass Twice with One punch each, almost koed randy with one punch etc,

very underrated striking :D

After the MMA-boom happened in Sweden, the first thing people do in bar-brawls is going for a single or double-leg these days.

And since we're mostly intoxicated, there is no time to do a knee during the takedown (slow reaction-time due to alcohol).

I haven't had any use for my Chuck Norris Action-Jeans for years now.

You do know what could happen if a judge would not stop such a submission yes?

You can cripple someone with that career-ending move if you follow through. Lesnar did not want to endure that so he tapped.

Coltrane, yes Kongo was dejected and frankly I don't think anyone saw THAT coming so soon into the fight. I spoke with his for about minute after the fight and he was in no mood, he didn't want to be around anyone. Pretty sure he's going back to France gather his thoughts and IMO, hopefully part ways with Wolfslayer. Rampage trains under them as well and after seeing what happend to Kingo..it worries me.

CaptenEQ is talking about when the homo MAzagatti stopped lesnar, took a point and stood them up after ONE hit at the back of the head (one hit ALWAYS means one WARNING) and if he havent done that, Mir would have ended up exactly like in the rematch,
