two guilty parties here and IMO Samson helped instigate the attacks.  Samson simply should not have suggested he learned this in school. It is extremely doubtful that this was ever taught in an American school.  It's hard to justify a serious discussion where obvious BS is introduced.  Now I don't mean to rail totally on Samson.  I've enjoyed a lot of the material he's been bringing   IMO, he has been contributing a lot of good material to this forum since he returned and such as been noted by more than myself.   But in this thread, he lost me when he told that story.  It's unfortunate because the topic had me interested.

I'll go as far as saying it's impossible he learned that in an American School.  It's only been in the 90's that this became a question and only very few people have brought it up.  It was easy to call BS on that claim from Samson.  I wish he had not said it because as I said, the actual topic is interesting and really does deserve debate and looking into.  It is fascinating.  I love America and consider myself a patriot.  I want the best for America and I always debate with that in mind.  As such I'm always interested in the truth.  I honestly believe the absolute truth will... well, I guess set us free...  whatever, I persue the truth but have an absolute faith in America.

I also believe that we can easily withstand errors and learn from them to become stronger.  I really believe that's a hidden design by the founding fathers.  That we may, as a society, face wrongs and right them through the process designed and come out all the better.  But it requires that we be willing to scrutinize and be a patriot simulationsly.
