Yeah some are good

Predictably the Tuna roll is the healthiest on their table, with a good bit of protein (24 grams)

why not? you can anything you want after your workouts..as long as it contains protein and carbs. chicken and rice, meatballs and pasta, protein shake and a sandwich, chocolate milk+ sandwich and a banana, BCAA powder + sandwich..etc etc etc ..whatever you like eating.

I agree you can have anything you want as long as it contains protein and carbs especially.
Meatballs and pasta sounds so good!

well if you wanted to be anal, its probably not the best choice postworkout..as fish contains omega 3 fats, which are anti inflamatory in nature.... post workout your growth signals are caused by an inflamation process...   its possible that by eating omega 3 fats in fish and sushi during the post workout period that you could be decreasing the growth response by decreasing the inflamation process

doubt it.. have to eat insane amount of fish after the workout to get such an effect.
also fish oils do not shut down inflammation as high dose NSAID's do. it isnt as strong effect
