wtf are you serious
the times when I have abandoned cardio, and strictly weight trained, the soreness was almost unbearable, esp in my legs, & that would last 3-5 days. Lots of sugar/carbs in my diet seemed to exacerbate the problem, and also aggravates my joints. Too acidic I suppose.
when I keep regular moderate cardio as in, 3-4 Xs per week, 20-30 min each time (HIIT), I dont have near the muscle soreness. I might be a little tight the next day, but thats it.
The cardio, (oxygen) along with the extra water, is gonna help flush out the lactic acid buildup thats settled into the muscle tissue
