That's his sunglasses and he can wear it anytime/anywhere he want. There isn't any law for wearing sunglasses...

on a serious note. He had his eyesa lasered...and I think you still have to wear glasses due to Lasilks majer drawback. Its hard to see close up....according to my friends who had it done.

Not true i got it. You only have to wear sunglasses for a little over a week. even if he has light sensitivity side effects, that's only out doors not indoors. Also most people that are old have close up reading problems. Rare side effect for young/middle age people.

I think his shades are his only prescripted glasses....which he uses to read things closer. I could ask him via email but its late. TMZ hasn't mentioned anything about it though!
