need a 1800-2000 calorie daily diet plan--- ultra basic

Hey I have lurked here for a while, but never participated. I'm into being fit, but not really being totally ripped. It's cool, just not my thing. Anyway, I would like to drop about 15lbs of fat which I honestly think is possible. Right now I'm 5'10" 180lbs and 27yrs old. the only cardio I do is a moderate jogging trail by my house that I run 2x-3x per week (it's 4 miles long round trip). My wife raises and trains dogs for a living and we are more selective about what we feed the dogs than I am about the crap I shovel into my face.
I guess what I'm looking for is a suggestion for a 1 day meal plan that I can eat every day. I don't need meals that require loads of ingredients or variety. I'm looking for the most absolutely bare bones... eat "this" in 3-6 small meals throughout the day... and you will be in the 1800-2000 calorie range.
