
Son,I´m not a Hater. And since you posted your vid here, I assume you want to read some feedback. If you only want to read good things, you are not ready to improve your training skills yet.
As I said, I just want to show you some mistakes: To much weight, you are using your arms to much ( it´s clearly visible ), you are not getting a good contraction and you stay too upright at your rows...
