Son,I´m not a Hater. And since you posted your vid here, I assume you want to read some feedback.   If you only want to read good things, you are not ready to improve your training skills yet.

As I said, I just want to show you some mistakes:    To much weight, you are using your arms to much ( it´s clearly visible ), you are not getting a good contraction and you stay too upright at your rows...

Solid for 22 bro. How long how you been training for? I hope your drug free being as young as you are, if thats not the case then I am not impressed. If you are then keep at it  and dont listen to anyone here. You cant even see the angle you're rowing on the BB rows but you def stand up and use way to much wait on the T-bar. I dont critique peoples form,it's a losing battle.

lol how do u know that i'm using my arms, can u feel my arms, and just because i'm not holding it for 2 or 3 seconds doesnt mean the muscle is not beig workerd
