What I think he meant was Americans with Mexican heritage.

Not trying to defend ProteinFarts or anything, but he's a Paki immigrant himself, and probably calls himself a Paki instead of an American several times.

So he referred to these Americans with Mexican heritage as "Mexicans".

Just my guess.
