appreciate the fact your still on here giving highly valued advice/opinion in the face of constant and consistant foolishness... ( even if people disagree with you,,, they could still recoginze the fact it's cool that your on here, you are a pro and this is a bb'n site )
question being,,, pre-exhaust,,, wieder or the bft style training.
ex: pec dec fly then a press move,,, machine db's what ever... iso to compound instead of traditional compound then iso

I've been doing it for a month after a thread in regards to BFT training,,, so far its ok. wondering your thoughts.
Notice seeing a lot of pros use leg exts before squats/presses figure they're onto something,,, they do have big legs.
I know any change in routine will yeild some type of gains,,, just like to hear what you have to say.
Any combos that you use/d that you notice nice gains off of, in regards to chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms etc.
One more question... do you ever use the same workout scheme twice, ie. excercise order, choice, rep range. Some people are from the idea if it's not broke don't fix and some are constant change. Again I know everyone is different and all that ect.
Like to know your thoughts experiences from yourself or observations of other pros.
