I'm not saying I agree with it but I remember the Dutch doing something along the same lines a few years ago to combat their drug problem.

I thought you were all for personal freedom? This is an example of allowing people to have freedom and advising them on how to stay safe exercising that.  In the long run it'll save money and i thought you were all for that too?

I said what I am about to say in a thread some time ago. The american government is about to unleash a massive amount of drugs into america at ridiculously cheap prices. They have long ago introduced CRACK, and CRYSTAL METH, ICE, CRUNK and soon HEROIN will be EVERYWHERE!!! It is another weapon they will use to pacify and take the fight out of the masses. Marijuana will be legal, coke will be legal, crack, meth etc will be available to everyone. So these programs you see in New York and I am sure are in every other big city are really getting people prepared for that time. They will give out syringes, show people how to shooot up, tell people about dosages and turn american society into a country of JUNKIES.... Get Ready!!!

I remember the crack epidemic in the arly 1990's.  NYC was insane back then.
