My New Years recipe for SIZE - Get in Here if you want answers
« on: January 07, 2010, 09:28:56 AM »
90% of this forum isn't happy with their results.....
The following info will change that!!!

Rule 1 : keto/carb cycling/low fat/high carb......forget it......understand that METABOLISM is king
Increasing metabolism should be your number 1 goal. Forget the idea of losing weight or counting calories. It's all about instinct. Listen to your body.

Start with tiny portions of food, eat but stop before your even close to full Listen to your body. Down at least 2 large glasses of water. The hunger pangs will subside. Time passes and you'll be hungry again. repeat

Always leave you're body wanting more. Gradually over the course of 10 weeks increase the portion sizes but NEVER eat until full.

You'll be eating 10 or more times per day. The composition of your body WILL change.

Gradually you will be able to increase the portion sizes, but the golden rule of leaving yourself wanting more still remains.

THIS REQUIRES TREMENDOUS self control...the ability to stop eating after a small portion. Stick with it though.

If you haven't got a naturally fast metabolism, this is the only way to go.

I have given you the key........to get LARGE AND LEAN

You're not listening to you're body.

It tells you how much you need to eat at any one time. Eat slowly and stop well before full

Stop thinking about average calories over the course of the day. Go by instinct and follow the above

Number 1 goal is to boost metabolism.
Go by instinct. Listen to how much food you're body requires at any one time and eat below what it requires.
1 or two hours later repeat the above.

eat at least 10 times per day.

Gradually increase portion size

you're not going to be sitting down to a meal 10 times per day.

Tiny PORTIONS

50 grams cheese =200 cals.

That is one meal. You can eat it in 1 minute.

A handfull of almonds could be another meal.

Again, a matter of 1 or two minutes to eat

ya i'm not saying counting cals is the be all end all you can still do what you said but right down the numbers to keep track so you dont underestimate what and how much you're eating

I knew a guy down in florida that I use to workout with that looked amazing about 90% of the time no matter what. His secret was that he would eat every 1 1/2 all day long and wake up twice to eat. The guy would literally eat only 1/4 a protein bar at a time. Needless to say I tried this and it didn't work to hot for me. What did work for me though was 8 meals a day and all my carbs in the morning and protein and fibers in the evening. Just what my body responded to.

Take a look at anyone with some muscle and little bodyfat. The common factor is fast metabolism.

This should be the goal of anyone lifting weights. Large quantities of food will simply make a person fat.

My advice is aimed at guys who are not naturally lean

Cool,

Did you have a hard time with the discipline?

It's not for everybody. You gotta get used to feeling hungry and stopping eating when you're not ready

After 2 weeks it was a habit and timed so, my body knew when it was feeding time. I am also a big believer in one cheat day a week to shock the metabolism.

This is the reason you see guys that are not naturally lean having massive swings in bodyweight "bulking" and cutting but never appearing muscular or lean.

They are not focused on metabolism.
