i have a hard time believing the 18 inch arms right now...and the 20 inch arms when you were around 200 lbs. normally, a shorter person arms may "look" big, btu actually measure smaller than a taller persons because the longer the muscle belly, the bigger the contracted muscle will look. not saying your lying, but the only way to prove this is with a vid of you taping your arm. you must do the measurement "cold" of course.
