I think everyone saw this coming a mile away…

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has signed on as a contributor to the Fox News Channel.

Fox News Channel today confirmed that Palin will appear on various network programming on a regular basis as part of a multi-year deal.  No financial terms were disclosed.

Though no specifics were given according to FNC sources Palin will not get her own show, but will host occasional series that run on the network and appear on other FNC programming.

Great news IMO.

She's still very much talked about, lots of people are interested in her opinions.

Now she will be featured often.

If she's brilliant, that will show.

And if she's not - that will show through as well.

The only real beef I've had with her in the past was that she's been "sheltered".

And that she's kind of avoided media.

Well, even if she now has "home court advantage", she still will be available.

And that's great.

I have nothing negative to say about this.

It's just a positive thing for me.

I agree!!Its very very rare to find people that can stay relevant,original and popular year after year.Guys like Rush,Howard Stern,Imus are very very rare talents.People like Palin and Hukabee are a dime a dozen.Once you hear their take on most things,it will become a bore to watch them as Hukabees show is or  Olbermann is.

Right now, 2012 is too far off to matter.  2010 and stopping the disastrous policies like crap & tax, amnesty for illegals, and DeathCare etc matter most.

One thing though.Palin is good looking,but the women on FOX are better looking.That lady Jenna Lee on FOX BUISINESS is incredible and they have about 6 others just as good looking.Palin will be bringing up the rear against that group.

i'm not quite ready for "anybody but..."

People tend to settle for anything at that point, or just stay home from the primaries.

Results in a poor candidate and 18% of your last election turnout stays home.

I'd rather the GOP put aside the drama, everyone sucking up to Rush, Beck's meltdowns, Palin being offended on her facebook daily, and Steele using all the urban vernacular he can... and instead, the GOP just put up five fresh kickass candidates in the 2012 primary
