I know some people(in Japan) who owns bigger arms than me with natural state.

You are claiming arms the size of guys who outweight you by 20kg and are 2-3 inches taller.

A guy with average genetics on gear at 5'10 will be happy with 18 inch arms lean. You are claiming this natural , weighing less and shorter
