Supersets of extension and leg curl 12X4
Leg press 40,25,25,20 X4
Squat 10-12X4
Hack squat 15X4
Stiff leg dead lift 10 X4

what does Paco think of Milos's workouts?  I've seen milos put his guys through very light weight workouts, but have them superset everything and move very fast while contracting the muscles very hard.  is this more effective than heavy weights with lots of rest?
We often discussed about Milos workout and he said its fine.
We dont do giant sets, but we often do supersets.
Thats why this videos title is "low intensity"(They are all straight sets except extension and curl).

Only styles which Paco cant do is like  Branch warren and Ronnie Coleman style. He says that if he copy their way, he will break himself instantly.

Paco doesn't look to go very deep in his squatting movements...but his legs are about 5x the size of mine...so it's working for him anyway.

I think maybe he did earlier in his career but now its not necessary since the size is there .

Yes. He was doing it before. But since his knee is in horrble condition due to his heavy full squat in early age, he is always watching out his knee feeling very carefuly when he perform squat,and he lift light and dont go deep any more.
But,as you see, he squeezes his quads and glutes a lot in the top.

Exactly my thoughts, he has size already now he is just maintaining no need for more leg size for paco

Deep squats will not hurt you knees if slow and contolled bouncing from the bottom is the issue

Well, I hear it all the time. I have bad knees so I cant do deep squats! Ill call it bullshiet. Start with the bar only, and increase the weight slowly, the knees will get used to it. The knee pain most people experience is bcz ther joints are not used to do the full movement, the pain will go away if u continue doing it week after week. Jipp jipp

Never heard of anyone do half reps for triceps exercise when they have problem with their elbows... or half shoulder presses when they have shoulder problems...

Most common mistakes by people overall, making conclusions to fast, no matter what its about...

if he has knee problems half squats sure aint the solution in most cases.

The size of his legs obviously doesn't have nothing to do with his workout. Yes he have better legs than me, but he also decided to inject everything u can get on the black market for about 20 years. Paco got some good genetics for building big legs, and with heavy drug use they become freaky, thats all. We all have seen the today pictures of the pros gettig of the drugs...levrone, paul dillet, tom prince, mohamed...I think those pictures made some of us  (i hope) realize what pro bodybuilding is all about.

Useless to compete and argue with gymrats about who is bigger, stronger...some people are naturals, some are heave user, some got good genetics some got worse, some just lie. Competing should be done on the same level, but even that is a nice dream thou there will always be cheaters entering the game.
