Well, I hear it all the time. I have bad knees so I cant do deep squats! Ill call it bullshiet. Start with the bar only, and increase the weight slowly, the knees will get used to it. The knee pain most people experience is bcz ther joints are not used to do the full movement, the pain will go away if u continue doing it week after week. Jipp jipp
